PRESTIGE HOMES AND PROPERTIES
This is the Homes and Properties subsidiary of Prestige Commercial International Limited. It was established in January, 2023 with the sole objective of assisting interested members of the public to acquire fully built properties for themselves.
Prestige Homes and Properties Ltd has different kinds of tastefully finished houses in our fully secured and maintained Estates for outright purchase or purchased on installment payment arrangements.
The homes can be used as family living homes, rental properties to provide rental income to the owners, or resold after a specified period for profit. We provide a payment structure that is designed on a case-by-case basis in order to suit the peculiar circumstances of each individual customer.
Our homes and properties are available in the following locations: Agbowa, Ikorodu, Atan Ota, Mowe, Sango, Ibeju Lekki, Epe, Air-port way, mafoluku Ikeja with 10 other locations to be added in due course.
The house types available are Bungalows, Detached and semi-detached duplexes, Townhouses, Terraces, and Blocks of flats.
PRESTIGE COOPERATIVE SOCIETY
PCS was brought into existence in the bid by the founders of Prestige Commercial Int’l Ltd to transform their personal philanthropic activities into a corporate entity that will also be a vehicle to empower the vulnerable members of our society.
PCS is active in cooperative agriculture financing, facilitation of group purchases of consumer products for member households, development of low-cost housing Estates for members of informal groups such as groups of artisans etc. It is a voluntary association of persons, whose motive is the welfare of the members.

MAJOR ARMS OF PRESTIGE COOPERATIVE SOCIETY
PRODUCERS COOPERATIVE
To protect the interests of small scale producers such as agricultural producers, small scale manufacturers, small scale business owners, etc.
CONSUMER COOPERATIVE
The end of this arm of PCS is to provide daily consumer commodities such as foodstuff, meats, fish, household electronics, etc at wholesale prices to final consumers who are members of PCS.
HOUSING COOPERATIVE
This will help people with limited incomes to construct or buy houses at reasonable costs, with a payment structure that had been designed to fit into the financial capabilities and the actual needs of the subscribers.
Membership in PCS is open to adult Nigerians irrespective of their tribe, religion, political beliefs, gender, etc.
PCS is managed by a Management team drawn from the membership and chosen at general meetings of the members.
